Hosting<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: cyberFolks.pl<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To ensure technical reliability, the hosting company maintains server-level logs. The following may be recorded:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>resources specified by the URL identifier (addresses of requested resources \u2013 pages, files),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time of arrival of the enquiry,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time of sending the reply,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>client station name \u2013 identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>URL of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) \u2013 if access to the Website was via a link,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>user browser information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IP address information,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process via web recorders,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>information regarding the handling of electronic mail addressed to the Operator and sent by the Operator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In certain situations, the Data Controller has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with you or to fulfil obligations incumbent upon the Data Controller. This applies to the following categories of recipients:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>hosting company on a data processing agreement basis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>couriers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than is necessary to perform the activities related to them specified in separate regulations (e.g. regarding accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the right to request from the Administrator:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>access to your personal data,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>their rectification,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>removal,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>restriction of processing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>and data migration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the right to object, regarding the processing indicated in point 3.2, to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, although the right to object cannot be exercised in the event of valid legally justified grounds for processing, interests, rights and freedoms overriding yours, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, against the Controller's actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing conducted by the Administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Administrator Logs<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information on user behaviour on the website may be logged. The operator does not transfer personal data to the provider of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
